Job Description:
Our client, an esteemed global law firm, has an immediate opening
in their NYC office for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of
3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation
matters.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience (insurance coverage and
litigation).
* Must be licensed in New York.
* Candidates should possess excellent writing and communication
skills and can work independently.
* Demonstrate excellent attention detail, organization and is
self-motivated.
* Trial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* The position requires the ability to work independently and be
able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of
cases.
* Ability to manage all phases of litigation, drafting motions,
pleadings and other court documents.
* Manage high volume calendar of court appearances, client
meetings, and depositions.
* Communicate with clients regularly.
