Corporate Associate (M&A)
* 3–5-year person, deal runner level
* MUST HAVE In-Depth Experience at M&A Deals!!
Our Legal client is currently seeking an associate with 3-5 years
of corporate transactional experience to join its thriving,
growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group.
* Candidates should have experience with private company mergers
and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts,
LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies
on various other general corporate matters.
* Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions
and private securities offerings is a plus.
* Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills
and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
* We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to
learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a
strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing
law.
