Our federal client is looking to hire three, Business Analysts
onsite at their headquarters in Washington, DC. Please send your

an hourly rate of $43/HR to $75/HR 1099. We also offer the option
of $89K to $130K W2, dependent on level of experience, with full
benefits and PTO.

List of tasks to be performed:
* Work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a
team
* May be required to create time sensitive deliverables and
respond directly to incidents in ServiceNow
* May lead project teams within assigned unit to develop, plan
and manage project tasks
* Independently analyze and develop innovative resolutions for
complex problems involving availability and/or performance at the
component level. Work with vendors to resolve problems; implement
solutions independently
* Responsible for problem resolution for advanced technical
issues in the environment
* Able to communicate verbally and in writing and provide
training
* Conducts data analysis in support of product acceptance
programs and initiatives; collects and analyzes data to identify
trends and insights and summarize findings. Develops reports and
makes recommendations based on results.
* Analyzes package mail entry data to reconcile customer
payments; monitors and ensure customer payments are received
accurately and timely. Develops and presents recommendations to
management to improve the monitoring and accuracy of revenue
collection. Collaborates with stakeholders to reconcile customer
accounts and payments and determine if refunds are warranted.
* Provides technical advice and guidance to customers, field
employees and managers both orally and in writing on commercial
product acceptance policies, programs, and regulations.
Required Experience Level:
