Responsibilities will include:
* Provides Analysis functions and provides business area
knowledge and technical expertise to team members
* engaged in the analysis, design, development, implementation,
and maintenance of business information systems.
* Provides business area and technical expertise to management
and customers to facilitate planning, set direction,
* define business initiatives, and develop solutions to customer
business information systems needs and requirements
* Assists the customer in the definition of business
requirements, and their translation to information systems
functions/
* features; establishes project objectives and
identifies/quantifies benefits and develops business requirement
documentation
* and coordinates system installation, evaluates existing systems
and procedures, and recommends changes to management.
* Meets regularly with customers to ensure timely and effective
response to requests for service and high levels of customer.
* Manage and create Change Requests (using ServiceNow), initiate
Incident Management tickets.
* Provide support for software releases and deployments.
* Provide production level technical and business support when
required due to various issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC)
* Previous experience and exposure to Web Services using JSON
REST, testing using JUnit
Education:
* BA preferred
* Or minimum of 7 years work experience
