Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Midlevel

Position has Partnership Track

Location: Portland, OR

Salary: $210,000 – $240,000 annually, depending on qualifications
and experience.

Work Environment: Hybrid 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH

Licensed and good standing in Oregon

Billable hour requirement: 1,850 Client Billable Hours 150 can be
pro bono, business development, or Diversity and Inclusion work.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus,

medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family
care benefits.

Required:

* Excellent academic credentials are required, and federal
clerkship experience is preferred.

* Seeking a lateral litigation associate with 3 to 5 years of
experience in civil or complex business litigation.
* Experience may include a judicial clerkship, which is

strong work ethic, distinctive academic credentials, superb
written and oral advocacy skills, and excellent references.
* Experience with large and sophisticated litigation matters and
