Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate
Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate
transactions, including title and survey reviews, acquisitions,
sales, financings, and leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive title and survey reviews
* Assist with commercial real estate purchases, sales,
financings, and leasing
* Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
* Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Qualifications:
* Highly organized with excellent written and verbal
communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real
estate
