Job Description:
Our client AV rated client is seeking an experienced corporate
attorney based in their Florida office for a hybrid or possibly
remote opening. This position will work with the firm’s corporate
group. Experience should include mergers and acquisitions and
experience mentoring junior attorneys.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing corporate law and M&A projects and
transactions
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision
* Interacting with clients to provide legal advice and support
* Collaborating with team members to achieve firm goals
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the Bar in Florida in good standing.
* Minimum of 7 years in corporate law and/or mergers and
acquisitions.
* Strong project and transaction leadership.
* Excellent management skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Proficient in drafting legal documents.
* Client interaction skills.
* Team player with the ability to multi-task.
* Preferred: A book of business (not required).
