Our client’s, an AmLaw 100 Firm, Finance & Restructuring team
provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range
of bankruptcy and financial matters, including corporate debt
restructurings and related litigation matters.
They are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of bankruptcy and
restructuring experience. The successful candidate also will have
excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to
manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Our client will also consider candidates with commercial
litigation or chancery litigation.
Our client will also consider clerks who can start in the fall of
2024.
