Job Title: General Liability/Professional Liability Associate
Location: San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles
Salary: $150K-$185K DOE
Work environment: Hybrid 3 days office/2 days remote
Degree Required: JD required and Admission to CA State Bar
Referral Fee: $500 Refer qualified colleague, friends, or family.
The ideal candidate will have experience in representing both
design professionals and miscellaneous professionals.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal
conflicts and determine the best course of action
* Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal
research, and work with senior attorneys to provide legal advice
* Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts,
pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements
for contract negotiations and proceedings
* Communicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients
to ensure cases are handled efficiently
* Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are
accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
