Job Description:
Our client, an AmLaw 100 Firm, is seeking a non-partnership track
attorney with at least three to five years of experience in civil
defense work, preferably related to property and casualty
insurance. A strong candidate will be an experienced lawyer who
seeks a steady volume of insurance litigation and autonomy, along
with the opportunity to be part of a strong team. The position
allows for flexibility in hours expectations with commensurate
compensation and will focus on litigation without needing to be
involved in business development. Texas bar admission is
required.

largest insurance industry clients. Their practice comprises all
lines of insurance, including annuity, health, life, and property
& casualty. Their practice covers a broad array of regulatory,
compliance, and transactional matters, including with respect to
corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation,
investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency.
