Our boutique law firm client is seeking an entry level litigation
associate for their Evansville, IN office or Louisville, KY
office. Candidates must have passed the bar examination and
admitted to practice. This position will work closely with the
litigation group within the firm.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a JD, admitted to the bar with an
interest in litigation including construction, commercial and
contracts. This is an entry-level position.
As a Litigation Associate you will lead and manage fiduciary
and/or commercial litigation cases. You will work closely with
the trial team throughout the litigation process. You will handle
1st chair in these trials also. The ideal candidate has a strong
academic background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and
a passion for litigation.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in contract planning and formation.
* Support litigation and arbitration processes.
* Provide legal counsel on various construction-related matters.
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active bar license in the state where the firm is located or
eligibility for admission.
* Strong academic record.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
