Litigation Associate
* 2-4 years’ experience. May consider a year 5 associate
* MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL LITIGATION EXPERIENCE.
* Writing sample required along with transcripts
Our Legal client is seeking a litigation associate with 2-4 years
of commercial business litigation experience.
* Significant experience with drafting pleadings, drafting
motions, drafting and responding to discovery, and overseeing
discovery is required.
* Some court experience is required, and significant court
experience is a plus.
* Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills,
the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex assignments
and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
* We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to
learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a
strong work ethic.
