Job Description:
Scottsdale litigation firm seeking a 3-5 year associate attorney
to join their growing firm. The ideal candidate will have
extensive civil litigation experience, specifically insurance
defense, wildfire litigation, construction defect, and other
related practices. The candidate must have significant experience
taking and defending both witness and expert depositions,
excellent writing/legal analysis skill, and trial preparation
experience.
The firm litigates on a national level and attorneys do not have
a cap on bonus potential, earning bonuses based on the firm’s
receipts. Also, there is No Billable Hour Requirement.
Must be licensed to practice in AZ, and additional consideration
to those barred in other western states. Salary is D.O.E. plus
bonus.
