Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Probate Paralegal with at least
4 years of probate and trust administration experience to join
our Estate and Succession Planning Group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Draft and file pleadings for summary, formal and ancillary
administrations.
* Draft and file probate documents such as petitions,
inventories, and accountings.
* Manage estate inventories and ensure accurate documentation of
assets and liabilities.
* Prepare estate and gift tax returns.
* Possess an extensive working knowledge of Florida Guardianship,
probate, and trust laws.
* Organize and maintain case files, oversee case calendars, and
monitor crucial deadlines. Provide regular updates to attorneys
on case progress.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and
handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
* Other projects and general administrative duties, as assigned
by supervisors.

Required Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree and/or completion of an accredited paralegal
program.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a paralegal in
probate.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF.
* In-depth knowledge of probate procedures and trust
administration.
* Proficient in drafting legal documents and using relevant
software and databases.
