What you need to know:
* This is a high visibility position. You will interface with
many different teams, business units, including the stakeholders
and C-Suite.
* Product manager for Retail Banking and Wealth Management
* Includes Consumer Banking, Private Banking, Deposits, and
consumer lending.
* Performance Management of products and projects
* Product Management can lead into Project Management with
enhancements, new features, new products, etc.
* You will see the project through execution.
* Experience working on technology projects.
* Will be the liaison between business and technology teams.
* Manage a small team of Product Managers
* Make recommendations to introduce services and/or products and
improve processes.
Must have qualifications:
* 7+ years of Product Management Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Servant Leader management style
* Ability to influence cross functional teams and Senior
Leadership
* Analytical experience – must be able to take data from a vendor
and make business decisions on that data.
* Ability to present to Senior Leadership
