A licensed Texas attorney with 2-3 years of experience focusing
on commercial real estate performed in a mid to large law firm
setting.

Job Description:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a junior Real Estate
Attorney to join their Real Estate Development and Investments
team in their Austin, Texas office. Our client offers exciting
and challenging work in a variety of commercial and real estate
matters. This includes representing associations and developers
regarding interpretation and application of convenants,
preparation and review of property use agreements, enforcement of
restrictive covenants and community rules and real estate
litigation.

Responsibilities:

* Represent associations and developers regarding HOA matters.
* Interpretation and application of covenants and community
rules.
* Preparation and review of property use agreements.
* Enforcement of restrictive covenants and rules.
* Provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis in
pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents.
* Draft pleadings and other case documents.
* Attend hearings.
* Manage matters from commencement to final resolution.
* Competently and professionally communicate with clients and
supervising attorneys.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet
deadlines.
* Strong organization and matter management skills.
* Ability to work professionally and effectively with Clients,
Partners, Associate and Support Staff.
* Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.
* Familiarity with and ability to prepare basic and complex
litigation documents.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the Bar in Texas in good standing.
* 2-3 years of experience in real estate litigation law and HOA’s
with a mid-size or large law firm.
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with
exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under
pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
