Our progressive law firm client is seeking a highly qualified,
experienced workers compensation defense associate to join a
dynamic California Workers Comp group practice. Work in a remote,
hybrid or on-site environment, make your own billable hour
requirement and create your schedule to work with your

Responsibilities:
· Handle all aspects of workers compensation litigation.
· Interact and work with clients for legal consultation and
provide advice.
· Create litigation plans.
· Prepare and executive plans for trials.
· Represent clients in depositions.
· Negotiate and transact any matters related to client
matter.
· Handle all files, documents in a professional and
organized manner.
· Keep in communication with clients and members of firm.
· Monitor and guide non-attorney support.
Qualifications:
· JD from accredited law school.
· Admitted in California and in good standing.
· At least two years’ experience in Workers Compensation
Defense work.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable with technology in a paperless environment.
