JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing & Business Development Director will lead
initiatives that strengthen our brand, expand client
relationships, and drive firm growth. This role partners closely
with attorneys and leadership to execute marketing strategies,
support new business efforts, and enhance market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing and business development
strategies
* Oversee website, digital campaigns, and content initiatives
* Manage CRM, track metrics, and analyze ROI
* Coordinate events, sponsorships, and thought leadership
* Manage marketing budget and external vendors
* Collaborate with attorneys and staff on firm initiatives and
marketing projects
* Support executive team with communication needs, including
drafting announcements and managing firm branding
* Manage and report on analytics for marketing campaigns and
digital platforms

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or
related field
* 3–5 years of relevant experience
* Legal or professional services experience preferred
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience managing digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn,
email campaigns, CMS tools)
* Strong writing and editing skills, including calendaring,
blog/article drafting, and publication editing
* Demonstrated experience with AI tools to enhance marketing
efficiency and content creation
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with creating landing pages on websites
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
