Our History
AMS Staffing Inc. was founded in 2002 and initially specialized in the placement of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange Messaging Professionals. As time progressed, our clients, impressed with our performance, asked us to assist them with all of their IT staffing requirements.
As a result AMS Staffing developed into a firm with the ability to identify talented candidates in all areas of IT including Security and Risk Management, Network and System Administration, Software and Application Development, Tech Support, Infrastructure, Project Management, and Business Analysis.
With headquarters in Chicago, AMS has branch offices across the country, including:

Our staff possesses fifteen years in the staffing industry on average. As veteran recruiters we understand the importance of the relationships with our clients and the candidates we represent.
Since 2002 we’ve developed some great relationships with clients and candidates across the country as well as candidates who have become clients. Taking the time to understand our clients’ culture, business needs, organizational structure and technical environment allows us to quickly identify the type of candidate our client is seeking.
Meet Our Team
Andrew Sigesmund
President and CEO
Andrew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Ithaca College and began his staffing career In New York City. Within one year, Andrew expanded his client base from the Tristate area (NY/NJ/CT) to Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
He soon discovered his knack for finding and placing candidates in Fortune 500 companies, national law firms, and small businesses around the country. The work was both exciting and rewarding.
Shortly after living through September 11th in New York City, Andrew decided it was time to start his own company, and live out his entrepreneurial dream to work for himself. He moved back to Chicago, established AMS and never looked back.
20 years later, AMS continues to be a leader in boutique staffing firms around the country. Andrew believes first and foremost in relationships, and has years of working relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the US.
Andrew’s forte continues to be business development and is the driving force behind AMS’s most valued relationships. Andrew’s success could not be achieved without the steadfast dedication, work ethic, and experience of AMS’s Recruiters, who operate in more than 18 states.
If you know Andrew (or will get to know him in the future), you are most impressed by his high energy, his relentless humor, his gift for gab, and his endearing love for his family and friends. In his downtime, he enjoys boxing, golf, staying on top of the stock market, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, his three sons and his dog.
Andrew’s commitment to his work- his clients and candidates- is much like his commitment to his personal life. He stands behind his word with his actions; he is transparent and highly meticulous. The integrity and reputation of AMS is most important to Andrew, and he demonstrates this each and every day.
Grant Price
Vice President of Recruitment and Business Development
Grant Price is a seasoned headhunter who has recruited talent for fortune-level companies for many years with focused recruiting specialties encompassing a wide variety of IT and engineering professions along with FP&A and executive searches.
Grant worked in several industries before joining the staffing industries, which helped him develop a broad base of experience to pull on when understanding his current client’s talent requirements. Even before a professional recruiter, he was passionate about networking and advising people on career objectives.
This passion has only grown and developed over the years as he has placed hundreds of individuals in successful and rewarding careers.
In his spare time, Grant enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and growing son. He also enjoys betting on the stock market and refuses to give up – no matter how many red days in a row he’s had (Which are far too many). A glass of scotch at the end of the week is his preferred way to both celebrate putting candidates to work, and easing the pain of those stock market losses.
Bryan Kapper
Vice President of Recruitment and Business Development
Bryan Kapper is Vice President of Recruiting and Business Development at AMS Staffing.
He has his Bachelor’s degree from AIU and has been in the recruiting industry for more than 18 years.
Bryan’s recruiting focus is mainly within the IT (Security, Networking, Development, etc…), Marketing & Creative, HR, & Accounting/Finance industries.
He has also managed to be successful in the Manufacturing industry as well.
Bryan’s career started as a Desktop Technician, Network Engineer, Project Manager, Branch IT Services Manager and evolved into the Recruiting industry.
Bryan also served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was responsible for the very first LAN Network installation in a deployed environment (Mt Fuji, Japan) for MWSS-171.
If you remember what Type 1 cabling and Banyan Vines is then you know this wasn’t an easy task.
For his efforts, Bryan was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.
In Bryan’s free time, he takes A LOT of vacations with his wife and four kids. However, he is always working!
Michael Gordon
Vice President of Recruitment and Business Development
Michael has over 4 years of IT Recruiting and Business Development Experience for Enterprise and Niche Clients.
His specialities include software development in languages spanning from Java, .NET, iOS, Android, and Blockchain.
He prides himself on his understanding of technology first and foremost and his ability to communicate on a deeper level with Technologists.
He has a MS Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Some of his hobbies include playing hockey, powerlifting, and boxing.
Ryan Case
Vice President of IT Recruiting
As Vice President of IT Recruiting, Ryan Case provides full lifecycle delivery for AMS’s elite clientele across the US.
Ryan brings 16 years of IT experience, along with 10 years of Technical Staffing expertise to AMS with a focus on Recruiting, Sales and Leadership throughout his career.
His specialty areas include: IT Security, Cloud, AWS, Azure, Java, .Net, ERP, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Project/Program Management, Agile/Scrum, Business Analysis, QA, DevOps, Kubernetes, Data Science, Blockchain, AI, SQL Server, Linux/UNIX, Virtualization, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data, HR, Accounting, Finance, Marketing/Creative, Salesforce, Network Engineering, Systems Administration and Architecture.
Creating and maintaining relationships with the best talent in Technology has been the main driver of his career. Ryan aims to develop and preserve strong partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family: his beautiful wife and newborn daughter, the mischievous Labrador retriever (Jack) and Joaquina, the Chihuahua.
He enjoys getting friends together for a round of golf and a celebratory steak on the big green egg.
Ryan was a nationally ranked collegiate tennis player and remains very active in ALTA tennis, also running and working out to keep fit.
Ryan is fond of travel and adventure, and some of the highlights include a marathon run, a skydive, and an ostrich ride in South Africa.
Ryan is always up for discussing college football and finding a great spot for live music.

PJ Noetling
Vice President of Recruitment and Business Development
PJ’s goal is to establish and maintain long lasting relationships in order to be a trusted partner for others throughout their career.
With over 18 years of experience serving the Atlanta market with AMS Staffing, he is able to present a wide range of opportunities to candidates, from both large Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller boutique clients.
PJ’s hometown is Long Beach, California, and he currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Fun Fact about PJ: He played competitive golf growing up, held 1st man varsity freshman year, and you could often catch Tiger Woods and PJ around the links at Big Recreation and Hartwell G.C.
Jesse Parker
Senior Director of Recruitment and Business Development
Jesse Parker is the Senior Director of Recruitment & Business Development for AMS Staffing, Inc, leveraging 10+ years tenured experience delivering successful talent acquisition and business development solutions across high-velocity markets and diverse industry verticals within the IT, Marketing, and Human Resources space.
As a Trusted Advisor, Jesse has been instrumental helping Fortune 50/100/500 companies effectively transform their global Talent and HR capabilities through propelling recruitment and sourcing engagements at all organizational levels.
Whether its’s a migration from legacy platforms to the Cloud, Application Development, Critical Project Management deliverables, User Experience and Design Thinking, ERP Implementations or Infrastructure / Systems Engineering, Jesse has an unmatched track record and intuitive knack for finding the best caliber of talent in the most competitive of environments.
Jesse received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University (GO NOLES!!) and is a vested member of the American Staffing Association.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time on the fairways practicing his amateur golf game and visiting the beaches of 30-A.
Felicia Larion
Vice President of Recruitment and Business Development
Felicia is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and has been in Recruiting for 10 years. She has successfully placed Architects, Software Engineers, Project Managers, Analyst and more. She builds solid relationships with her candidates and clients to provide the best customer service. With the pandemic she has moved from only helping folks in Atlanta to now placing Information Technology professionals across the United States.
She’s obsessed with her black lab, red velvet cake, concerts, and anything pink with stars. She loves to dance but don’t dare ask her to sing. In her spare time, she is living her best life as a new Mama to a little boy and traveling the world with her husband.

Kyle Kapper
Recruiter
Kyle is a native Texan, building his new life in Nashville, Tennessee, and has been in recruiting since graduating from Texas Tech University in August 2021. He started in the trucking industry before making the jump to IT and AMS Staffing, where he has already made strides helping some of the best Support Specialists, Analysts and Engineers around the country find their next opportunity. He prides himself on his hard work, dedication, and his ability to learn quickly and on the fly. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing the game of Lacrosse while also coaching the next generation of athletes. He also enjoys the outdoors, playing with his German Shepherd/Labrador mix and the gym.
Madelynn Noetling
Business Recruiting Coordinator
In my free time I like to eat sushi and go to breweries with friends, though I have yet to find a brewery that combines these!
My cat Olive takes me on hikes and adventures (when she’s not eating my sushi), and I go to the gym when she’s not in the mood for either.
I love to travel, as I’m trying to visit every state, and as many countries as Olive will let me.
Matthew Davis
IT Recruiter
Matthew is a high-level IT Recruiter with over 10 years of experience placing top talent for multiple fortune 500 companies. He focuses on a variety of IT & Engineering positions such as DevOps Engineers, Systems Engineers/Administrators, Network Engineers/Administrators, Software Developers/Architects, and Data Analysts/Engineers/Scientists. Matthew prioritizes client needs with strong customer service and consistent communication. He enjoys helping people find the right fit for their career.
Matthew is a graduate from the University of Florida and lives in Atlanta, GA (Deep in the heart of enemy territory – Go Gators!). He enjoys cheering on his Gators every Saturday, grilling on the Big Green Egg, and playing with his yellow lab, Winnie. Matt is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines. Maybe that is why he likes to put syrup on his eggs? He dreams of being a contestant on Guy’s Grocery Games and/or The Amazing Race one day.
