Salary/Payrate: $90K-$120K

Work Environment: Hybrid, (3 days in office/up to 2 remote)
after 3 month ramp up

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client a well-regarded law firm is looking for a Senior
Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support attorneys across all stages of civil litigation, from
case initiation through trial and appeal
* Investigate case facts, interview witnesses, and gather
supporting evidence
* Draft, revise, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions,
and discovery materials
* Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and document
productions (electronic and physical)
* Coordinate discovery, including document review, privilege
logs, and productions
* Prepare trial materials such as notebooks, exhibits, and
witness files
* Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances while
liaising with legal stakeholders
* Utilize eDiscovery tools and litigation support software
* Communicate with clients, counsel, courts, and experts while
maintaining confidentiality
* Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of litigation experience; strong knowledge of court
procedures
* Bachelor’s degree; ABA paralegal certificate preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eDiscovery platforms (e.g.,
Relativity)
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and
time-management skills
* Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and handle
sensitive information professionally
