Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an litigation paralegal to join one
of its clients in the Downtown area. The ideal candidate will
have at least 2+ years of experience managing a docket of
Litigation matters from inception to trial. eDiscovery experience
is a plus for this role. This candidate will ideally possess 2+
years of experience in litigation matters.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Managing discovery;
* Reviewing documents in Relativity;
* Preparing for mediation;
* Managing day to day litigation matters;
* Preparing first drafts of motions;

Experience:

* 2+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background
in complex/multi district matters.
