Job Description:

Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate
Attorney with knowledge in Insurance Coverage. This is an
exceptional opportunity to join our thriving legal team, where
you will play a role in formulating insurance coverage advice and
handling insurance coverage litigation cases. The ideal candidate
will have a background in litigation, analytical research, and an
understanding of insurance law. This role requires at least 5-7
years of insurance coverage experience.

Responsibilities:

* Provide legal counsel to clients regarding insurance coverage
matters, including policy interpretation, claim handling, and
dispute resolution.
* Assist with a caseload of complex insurance coverage cases, and
litigation claims.
* Conduct thorough and analytical research to support legal
proceedings and to provide strategic advice to clients.
* Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations.
* Analyze and review insurance policies and related documents.
* Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends
related to insurance coverage, and other areas of law.
* Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support
staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or
insurance bad faith litigation.
* Admission to WA State Bar. Admission to Oregon State Bar, a
plus.
* Exceptional analytical and research skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
