Job Description:

Our firm is seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Associate
Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing
litigation team in our Jacksonville and Coral Springs offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to take
ownership of cases, gain meaningful litigation experience, and
work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative
environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception
through resolution
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
* Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
* Conduct legal research and analysis
* Communicate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and
experts
* Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support
staff
* Assist with trial preparation as needed

Qualifications:

* Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
* 2–5 years of insurance defense or related litigation experience
* Strong legal writing and analytical skills
* Experience handling depositions and court appearances preferred
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
* Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
