Job Description:

Established Florida based law firm is seeking an experienced
Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their well-established and
highly regarded practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a
mid-level attorney looking to work with a collaborative team and
sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities

* Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth
preservation strategies
* Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
* Last Wills & Testaments
* Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
* Powers of Attorney and ancillary documents
* Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to
finish
* Maintain direct client relationships with a high level of
professionalism and service

Qualifications

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates and estate
administration
* LL.M. in Taxation or related field preferred
* Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple matters efficiently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional, personable, and client-focused with a strong work
ethic
