Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a top tier firm in the
houston area in search of an Associate Attorney . The ideal
candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing
matters in public finance or in a transactional practice. This
position will be exposed to the business development portion of
the practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with
transactional and/or public finance matters including:

Required Skills and Experience:

* Representing special purpose districts;
* Preparing for board meetings;
* Contract review;
* State and regulatory compliance;
* Drafting documents related to public securities;
* Other duties.

Experience:

* 3+ years of experience as an associate attorney.
* JD from an ABA accredited law school
