Job Description:

A well-established Tampa-based family law firm is seeking an
experienced Family Law Attorney with 5–8 years of Florida family
law experience, particularly in high-net-worth and complex
divorce matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who
can independently manage sophisticated cases while delivering
strategic, discreet, and client-focused representation. The ideal
candidate will have experience handling financially complex
divorces involving significant assets, business interests,
executive compensation, and contested custody matters, and will
thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage a full caseload of family law matters with an emphasis
on high-net-worth divorce and complex financial cases
* Handle matters involving asset division, closely held
businesses, real estate portfolios, executive compensation,
trusts, and retirement assets
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, marital settlement
agreements, and complex discovery
* Conduct depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings, and
trials
* Work closely with forensic accountants, financial experts, and
valuation professionals
* Advise high-net-worth clients with professionalism, discretion,
and strategic insight
* Develop case strategy and guide clients through sensitive and
high-stakes litigation
* Collaborate with partners and support staff to deliver
exceptional client service

Qualifications

* 5–8 years of concentrated family law experience in Florida
* Demonstrated experience with high-net-worth divorce and complex
financial matters
* Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
* Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
* Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
* Ability to manage cases independently and meet demanding
deadlines
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional
intelligence
