join its Medical Malpractice Litigation practice in Iowa. The

Key Responsibilities

Associates in this role will gain meaningful courtroom and client
exposure, including:

* Legal research and drafting of motions, briefs, and pleadings
* Discovery management and deposition preparation
* Direct client interaction
* Court appearances and hearing participation
* Medical record review and case analysis
* Collaboration with expert witnesses in complex medical
malpractice matters

Associates are given substantive responsibility while maintaining
flexibility and autonomy in managing their workload and
professional development.

Qualifications

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Licensed in Iowa (or eligible for admission)
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Interest in medical malpractice and civil litigation
* Commitment to long-term professional growth
