Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the
Houston area in search of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal
candidate will have at 5-7 of experience managing matters as a
Litigation Attorney ideally in a defense setting. This position
will be primarily exposed to a litigation docket of professional
liability, commercial litigation, and corporate litigation. The
ideal candidate will have experience managing matters from file
to trial.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Taking and defending depositions;
* Managing matters from file to trial;
* Drafting motions;
* Attending mediation;
* Legal research;
* Client advisement;
* Attending and preparing for trial.

Experience:

* 5-7 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
* JD from an ABA accredited law school.
