Job Description:

* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11
bankruptcy experience, including complex Chapter 11 matters.
* Proven ability to represent a wide range of
stakeholders—secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees,
Chapter 7 trustees, and debtors.
* Strong background in workouts, restructurings, asset protection
strategies, and document review for distressed clients across
multiple industries.
* Skilled in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions,
discovery, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy-related filings.
* Experience providing courtroom support, attending creditor
meetings, and communicating effectively with Trustees, Bankruptcy
Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors’ Attorneys.
* Licensed to practice in Texas, with excellent written and
verbal communication skills, strong judgment, and high
professionalism.
* Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong
academic and professional credentials.

Requirements

* Licensed to practice in Texas
* Minimum 5 years practicing in the area of Chapter 7 and 11
bankruptcy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
