Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pre Litigation
attorney to manage a docket of pre litigation matters. This role
would come with the support of a team of case managers to assist
in the management of the Pre Litigation Attorneys’ docket. It is
a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a boutique
environment and collaborate with a great team.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Reviewing matters for liability concerns;
* Assess value of potential and existing matters;
* Review demands prior to distribution;
* Manage settlement negotiations;
* Collaborate with case managers to review pending items;
* Independently manage a docket of Pre Litigation matters.

Experience:

* 2+ years of pre-litigation experience.
