Job Description

Our law firm client is seeking (2) Business Immigration Attorneys
with a minimum of 4+ years of business immigration
experience. This role is based in Raleigh, NC office, and open to
relocation candidates

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed
to practice law and be in good standing. During
employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for
law practice.
* Experience working in a high-volume business immigration
practice group.
* 6+ years of experience with NIV and IV visas.
* Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
* Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas
is required.
