Job Description:

* Qualified candidates will possess minimum three (3) years’
litigation experience.
* Experience in taking depositions, writing motions, and
responding to discovery are highly desired.
* Associates work hand in hand with partners on all phases of
litigation, case reporting, electronic discovery, and
depositions, through trial.

* Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong
research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
* Candidates must demonstrate the ability and the desire to
interact directly with our client’s clients and to further
develop client and referral relationships.
* Candidates should be able to independently manage a caseload
from beginning to end, regularly handle court appearances and
depositions, have experience with electronic discovery platforms,
take the lead with client communication, and provide meaningful
updates.

* The successful candidate should have a track record of high
achievement in law school, the desire to work in a fast-paced
challenging environment and the ability to work as part of a
team. This position is based in our client’s Baton Rouge office,
and all candidates must be in good standing with the Louisiana
State Bar.
