* Liaise with lawyers and other stakeholders to communicate
conflicts search results, explain identified issues, and obtain
information necessary to support conflicts clearance.
* Assist in the preparation of draft conflict waivers, consent

required.
* Develop a working knowledge of applicable conflicts rules,
professional responsibility concepts, and Firm policies through

* Assist with administrative functions and special projects
within the Conflicts team and Professional Responsibility

initiatives.
* Provide after-hours conflicts and new business intake support
on a rotating, as-needed basis in accordance with department
coverage schedules.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the
ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
* Demonstrated interest in developing subject matter expertise in
conflicts and professional responsibility rules, and Firm
policies.
* Aptitude for learning and working with new systems, including
the ability to contribute to discussions regarding enhancements
to conflicts and intake technology.
* Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and
sensitive information with discretion.
* Ability to work independently while exercising initiative and
sound business judgment, as well as collaboratively with lawyers
and business professionals at all levels of a global law firm,
