Our client, a highly respected global law firm known for its
sophisticated Corporate Finance practice, is seeking an
experienced Asset and Corporate Finance Attorney to join their
team on a contract assignment with potential for conversion to
permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a
world-class legal team while enjoying the flexibility of a remote
role.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
* Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with
financing transactions
* Work with our asset and corporate finance practice group which
advises lenders, master services, and special servicers in
financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed
securities
* Specific experience with real estate law and real estate
finance are preferred but not required
* Must have professional maturity
* Must have good attention to detail
* Must be licensed and living in a state where we have an office
* Must be licensed and actively barred in the state that you
reside. Candidates in the Charleston, SC or Charlotte, NC areaa
are strongly preferred, but attorneys located in California,
Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey,
New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Washington D.C. may be considered.
