Location: Los Angeles, CA 90024 or San Francisco, CA 94111

Salary/Payrate: $140k -$200k plus bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Hybrid options available based experience level
(billable hours 1950 per year)

Term: Permanent

License: Yes, must have CA Bar license active and in good
standing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Out client, a respected national litigation firm, is seeking a
skilled Associate Attorney to join Their General Liability
Practice Group in their West Los Angeles OR San Francisco office.
This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful litigation
experience on high-stakes cases while working alongside
nationally recognized trial attorneys.

Responsibilities

* As a key member of our team, you’ll work on a wide variety of
complex civil defense matters, including:
* Catastrophic injury
* Product liability
* Wrongful death
* Premises and habitability claims
* Warranty and other high-exposure litigation
* From day one, you’ll receive hands-on experience: drafting
pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing
discovery, and appearing in court. You’ll be mentored by
experienced partners and given room to grow in a supportive,
high-performance environment.

Requirements:

* Active license to practice law in California
* At least 3 years of experience in civil defense litigation
* Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
* Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and managing
motion practice
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple deadlines
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven
approach
