Job Description:

Serve as the primary, hands-on Business Partner for an assigned

solutions across the employee lifecycle. Independently interpret
and implement People Strategy & Services (PS&S) strategies,
policies, and programs for the client group, including
performance management, employee relations, and talent
initiatives. Provide timely, high-quality responses to day-to-day
client questions and first-line support on PS&S programs and
processes, escalating appropriately when needed.

Routinely triage new people issues, determine the right path
(own, partner, or escalate), and document next steps, owners, and
deadlines. Use sound judgment to determine when to consult with
Employee Relations (ER) and/or Business Partnering leadership to
ensure appropriate risk assessment, consistent guidance, and a
clear, documented path forward for complex, sensitive, or
high-impact matters.

Coach and guide leaders through performance concerns, team
conflict, team culture challenges, and sensitive employee
situations using a calm, solution-oriented approach. Support
leaders through organizational and team changes by providing
guidance, counsel, resources, change communication support, and
people strategy to stabilize teams and drive adoption of the
intended change.

Draft leader-ready written guidance (emails, talking points,
presentations, and recaps) and maintain strong follow-through to
ensure commitments are executed. Run and review people-related
reports and inputs, assess trends and risks, and translate
findings into clear recommendations for leaders and the Business
Partnering unit.

Gather feedback and use scorecards/dashboards and other data
inputs to identify trends, inform client strategy, and support
decision-making. Drive assigned PS&S projects using disciplined
project management, coordinating with PS&S partners and subject
matter experts to deliver outcomes.

Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Business Partnering for
alignment, consultation, and escalation on complex, high-risk, or
high-visibility matters to ensure consistent guidance and
decision-making across the unit. Conduct needs assessments and
recommend improvements to processes, practices, and compliance
approaches that strengthen organizational effectiveness and a
high-performing culture.

Required Experience:

program management, HR consulting, and/or employee relations

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
field (required)
* Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Labor
Relations (preferred)
* HR certification: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR
