Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to join one of its
clients in the Post Oak area. The ideal candidate will have at
least 3+ years of experience managing HR functions as a manager.
Ideally this individual will have experience managing employee
relations, proessing payroll, managing benefits, 401(k),
onboarding individuals, providing credentials for various
softwares, and other managerial duties. This role will be working
closely with the Managing partner and overseeign the day to day
personnel of the firm.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Manage employee relations;
* Manage open enrollment;
* Collaborate with department managers on team performance;
* Processing payroll;
* Managing benefits;
* Overseeing 401(k);
* Onboarding new hires;
* Processing terminations
* Experience with open enrollment a plus.

Experience:

* 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager.
