Job Description:

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

* 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration
environment, preferably within a large law firm.
* Extensive experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM
petitions and applications, including complex immigration
matters.
* Strong background preparing responses to Requests for Evidence
(RFEs) and PERM audits.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and other
document or case-management systems.
* Exceptional case management, organization, prioritization, and
client-service skills.
* Excellent business writing abilities with strong attention to
detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, adaptability,
resilience, and ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
* Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented approach when
working with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
* Strong commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and maintaining a
professional and welcoming work environment.
