JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a respected organization in the energy sector, is
looking for a Legal Analyst to join their team

Responsibilities:

* Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including
NDAs, guarantees, credit support documents, and commercial
agreements
* Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and
execution to amendments and renewals
* Conduct counterparty onboarding, compliance checks, and due
diligence reviews
* Support internal teams (trading, operations, credit, etc.) with
legal and contractual matters
* Assist with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and
compliance-related activities
* Contribute to M&A and acquisition-related documentation and
processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and
efficiency of commercial operations
* Maintain organized records and ensure timely handling of legal
requests
* Provide ongoing support to the General Counsel and legal
department

Requirements:

* Experience in legal, contracts, or paralegal work preferred
* Exposure to the energy or commodities industry is a plus
* Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative
team player
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of an
organization
* High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
* Professional, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
