Mandeville, LA with an hourly rate between 25-30 per hour.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing
administrative support to legal professionals and possess a
strong attention to detail. Experience in workers’ compensation
law is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing
schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including
pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
* Maintain and organize case files and records, ensuring they are
updated and accessible.
* Prepare and file documents with courts and other agencies as
required.
* Assist in preparing clients for hearings and trials, including
gathering evidence and organizing case materials.
* Manage phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and
relaying messages as necessary.
* Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule
meetings and depositions.
* Handle billing and timekeeping for legal services.
* Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the
legal team.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher
preferred.
* Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrative
assistant at a law firm
