Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Collections Attorney with
experience managing construction liens to join one of its clients
in the Memorial area. The ideal candidate will have at least
between 1 and 7 years of experience managing a docket of
litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate will
have experience manaiging a docket of matters in litigation with
minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Managing discovery;
* Communicating with clients;
* Managing billable hours;
* Taking and defending depositions;
* Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
* Motion drafting;

Experience:

* 1+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background
in collections.
