Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the
Houston area in search of a Litigation Attorney. The ideal
candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience managing
matters as a Litigation Attorney. This position will be primarily
exposed to a litigation docket of trucking matters. The ideal
candidate will have experience managing personal injury matters
from file to trial.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Taking and defending depositions;
* Managing matters from file to trial;
* Drafting motions;
* Attending mediation;
* Attending and preparing for trial.

Experience:

* 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
* JD from an ABA accredited law school.
