Job Description:
We are working with a national litigation boutique practice
seeking Litigation Attorneys to join its team handling complex
commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and public
law challenges.
This role is suited for both Junior-level and Senior Attorneys
seeking greater responsibility, direct client engagement, and
meaningful participation in high-impact matters, with close
collaboration alongside experienced partners. The Attorneys will
work across a broad range of matters, including:
* Commercial litigation (contracts, business torts, fiduciary
disputes)
* Partnership and shareholder disputes
* Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions (state and
federal)
* Administrative proceedings and appellate matters
Cases are often high-stakes, fast-moving, and involve significant
financial or regulatory exposure. Teams are lean, offering strong
visibility and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage cases and key litigation components with increasing
independence
* Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
* Conduct and oversee discovery and motion practice
* Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
* Contribute to litigation strategy and case development
* Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and
regulators
* Take ownership of key workstreams and support efficient case
management
Qualifications
* Must have at least 3–7+ years of litigation experience (state
and/or federal court)
* Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Background at a law firm, litigation boutique, or government
practice preferred
* Interest in commercial litigation and regulatory/public law
matters
* Admission to State Bar license in either California, Florida,
Texas, or Virginia
* Must reside in the state in which you are barred/ near any of
the offices in the cities below:
o Austin TX.
o Alexandria, VA.
o West Palm Beach, FL.
o San Francisco, CA.
