JOB DESCRIPTION
Insurance Subrogation, personal injury, medical malpractice,
insurance defense experience is required.
No billable hour requirement
As a Litigation Paralegal supporting 2 attorneys, you will be
maintaining diaries and calendars; dictation; processing
settlement checks; drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery
requests, dismissals, subpoenas and releases; generating monthly
reports; various other legal and administrative tasks as
assigned.
Candidates should have at least three years prior experience as a
litigation paralegal.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of files.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* Strong proofreading skills.
