JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience with Construction is preferred, must have litigation
experience. Will also consider insurance defense experience.
Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a Construction
Practice Group. This role involves managing complex
construction‑related cases, including defect, delay, contract,
and general liability matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with case management from intake through trial
preparation
* Draft and prepare discovery, subpoenas, summaries, and
litigation support documents
* Organize and review construction project records and discovery
materials
* Coordinate depositions, mediations, site inspections, and
expert communications
* Prepare exhibits, timelines, and trial materials
* Maintain calendars, deadlines, and organized case files
* E-filing legal documents in state and federal court
Qualifications
* 3+ years of litigation experience; construction or insurance
defense preferred
* Paralegal Certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
* Strong writing, organization, and case‑management skills
* Experience with e‑filing and document review platforms
* Ability to work independently in a high volume, fast‑paced
environment
