JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Litigation
Paralegal to support our trial attorneys in managing a
high-volume litigation docket. The ideal candidate will be
proactive, detail-oriented, and possess extensive knowledge of
state and federal court procedures. Furthermore, the ideal
candidate will have experience with the Public Utilities
Commission and/or the Texas Railroad Commission (this is not an
absolute requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and format shell discovery responses, correspondence, and
pleading shells
* Prepare hearing and trial notebooks
* Manage and maintain calendaring of court deadlines, hearings,
and discovery obligations
* E-file documents in state and federal courts using E-File Texas
and PACER/ECF
* Assist with trial preparation
* Perform internet and legal research using Westlaw and other
platforms

Qualifications:

* Minimum of five (5) years of litigation paralegal experience in
a law firm setting
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe
Acrobat, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, and E-File Texas

* Strong internet research and analytical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight
deadlines
* Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional
evenings or weekends during trial prep
