Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $85-115K

Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an litigation paralegal to join one
of its clients in the Post Oak area. The ideal candidate will
have at least 5+ years of experience independently managing a
docket of Complex Litigation matters from inception to trial.
Trial experience as well as eDiscovery experience is required for
this position. This candidate must have file to trial experience
managing a docket of complex litigation matters with minimal
supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Managing discovery;
* Reviewing documents in iPro;
* Navigating Trial Director during trials;
* Preparing for mediation;
* Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
* Preparing first drafts of motions;

Experience:

* 5+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background
in complex/multi district matters.
