Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Draft liquor, cannabis, and ancillary applications for
locations throughout the country
* Communicate with clients to collect information and documents,
including confidential personal information
* Communicate effectively with regulators
* Research licensing requirements for jurisdictions throughout
the country
* Provide administrative support, including organizing and
preparing documents for attorney review, and coordinating
execution and distribution of documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Four-year college degree and paralegal certificate, J.D., or
other appropriate combination of education and job experience
* At least three years of law firm, in-house, or governmental
experience preferred
* Experience with liquor applications in Washington State,
Illinois, California, and New York preferred
* Experience with TTB filings is preferred, including experience
with permits, Certificates of Label Approval, and formula
approval applications
