Job Description:

SUMMARY:

* This role combines maintenance and managing of the on-premises
and cloud environments, as well as upgrade planning and future
needs of the Firm’s information technology.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

* Responsible for administration, maintenance, and upgrades of
30+ virtual servers, 175+ workstations and 180+ users both local
and remote. Windows 2019-2022 server environment, Windows 11
laptop environment.
* Supports hardware and software at workstation and server level.
* Assists with identifying and resolving issues.
* Interacts with users, clients and vendors.
* Provides help desk support through escalation process and
after-hours requests.
* Completes special assignments/projects as assigned.
* Technical backup for Network Administrators and Chief
Information Officer.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

* Strong knowledge of Windows Server (all versions), VMWare,
Windows Scripting, Microsoft Cloud tools.
* Knowledge of Cisco connectivity hardware a plus.
* Project management skills.
* Minimum of 4 to 6 years systems admin experience; law firm
experience preferred.
* Excellent oral, organizational, technical, and interpersonal
skills.
* Conscientious, thorough, accurate, attention to detail,
responsive, self-motivated, professional.
* Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
* Able to be on call after hours and weekends.
* All other duties as assigned.
