Job Description:

A well-established and growing defense firm is seeking Junior and
Senior Associates to join its Workers’ Compensation Defense
practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to join a

What You’ll Do:

* Handle workers’ compensation defense matters from inception
through resolution
* Manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, and
client communication
* Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented
environment
* Maintain a billable requirement of 1,800–2,000 hours annually

Qualifications:

* J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
* Active license to practice in Georgia
* Minimum of 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience
(or strong interest in the practice area for junior-level
candidates)
* Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
